Upon booking your appointment you will receive a consent form and questionnaire to fill out ahead of your appointment. This provides EARase with more information about your symptoms and situation, ensuring EARase is as prepared as possible before your appointment. Don't worry if you don't get chance to fill this in before your appointment, you can fill it out at the start of your appointment.

Each appointment starts with a consultation and ear health examination. EARase will identify the ear wax build up and discuss the best wax removal method for you. EARase will then proceed with that chosen method.

Sometimes during the consultation and ear health examination EARase may identify that there isn't a build up of wax. If this is the case, EARase will only charge you for the consultation fee (of £25).
